本公司成立於60年代初(祥記帆布)，由當時採用獨有之油布PE帆布等開始，多年以來，因應市場不斷提高對網布物料及標準之要求，致力發展更能符合顧客及市場之產品。而本司所生產之網布亦已通過德國DIN53353及DIN53363此項嚴格測試。深得各類工程建築機構、政府部門及各大市場顧客採用及信賴。本司亦會繼往開來，不斷更新及發展不同品質之建築用料及工程帆布等。
